A young man finds out that his girlfriend has been cheated out of her money by a corrupt multi-millionaire, and she is not the only victim. The businessman makes millions by deceiving aspiring medical students and their parents. The young man decides to fight for justice and stand up against the corrupt businessman.

The Good, the Bad and the Collection Agent :

• The movie has a strong plot but the execution in the second half is weak.

• Vijay's screen presence is the biggest plus in the movie and he carries the entire movie on his shoulders with amazing action sequences, emotional performances, and good comedic timings.

• Though the cast has done well, the screenplay falls flat, especially in the second half as it is filled with predictable flashbacks and loop holes.

• The movie is colourful and the theme song was entertaining as it was well placed with the action scenes.

Trivia:

• It was reported that more than 10 directors approached Vijay for his 60th film.
