Dr Liu Shao Feng is known as "Dr Angel" by many due to his selflessness and kind heart. He is also gifted with a supernatural healing power. His 7-year-old daughter Tian Tian possesses the same power but is unable to control it. On New Year`s Day, Dr Liu and his psychiatrist wife, Maggie, wish to have a hospital as warm as their home while their daughter wishes to become somebody`s angel. One day, Dr Liu gets into an accident while trying to save another person, falling into a coma just before Chinese New Year. As the tragedy has caused severe emotional breakdown to the family especially Maggie, it is up to Tian Tian to use her gift to heal her mother`s heart.

Dr Liu Shao Feng juga dikenali sebagai 'Dr Angel' oleh orang ramai kerana sikap baiknya dan suka membantu orang. Dia juga mempunyai kuasa luar biasa untuk memulih. Anak perempuannya berusia 7 tahun juga mempunyai kuasa yang sama, tetapi tidak boleh mengawalnya lagi. Pada Tahun Baru, Dr Liu dan ahli psikatri Maggie mahu mempunyai hospital mereka sendiri. Satu hari, Dr Liu terlibat dengan kemalangan ketika sedang menyelamat orang lain, dia kemudian telah koma sebelum Tahun Baru Cina. Tragedi itu telah menyebabkan keluarga mereka bersedih terutamanya Maggie, dan kini ia terpulang kepada Tian Tian untuk menggunakan kuasanya untuk memulihkan hati ibunya.
