This Is Not What I Expected

Gu Sheng Nan is a chef at a hotel who is in a secret relationship with the hotel`s general manager. When the hotel faces a financial crisis, she is dumped and fired at once. When a picky international economist, Lu Jin, comes to a certain hotel, he finds himself dissatisfied with everything. Until Gu Sheng Nan serves him what may very well be the perfect meal. Despite their very different personalities, they start to bond over their appreciation and love for fine cuisine.
Gu Sheng Nan, seorang cef masakan Barat berusia 29 tahun di sebuah hotel, telah menjalin hubungan sulit dengan pengurus besar di hotel tersebut. Apabila hotel itu mengalami krisis kewangan, pengurus besar itu telah memutuskan hubungan dengannya dan dia dipecat. Ketika sedang berada dalam keadaan tertekan dia bertemu dengan Lu Jin, seorang yang angkuh dan merupakan individu yang mahu mengambil alih hotel itu. Mereka kemudian jatuh cinta biarpun mempunyai personaliti berbeza.
