Saira is a woman who has died and was reborn. In the year 2017, Saira falls in love with a man named Shiv and they form a special connection with each other, both unaware that their connection was forged several hundred years ago in their past lives. Then, one day, Saira bumps into the reincarnation of a former lover from her past life and he is determined to make Saira his once more.

The Good, the Bad and the Reincarnated Lover:

• A fantasy tale about rebirths that will make you believe in soul mates but "Raabta" lacks the finesse required to pull off a theme like this.

• From Budapest to colour blasts during flashback scenes, the movie features some captivating moments. Sadly, it wasn't enough.

• Sushant and Kriti have good chemistry together and some of their early scenes are fun, but they're not playing particularly likeable characters so it's hard to care for what happens to them beyond a certain point.

Trivia:

• The title is inspired from a song titled "Raabta" from the movie "Agent Vinod" (2012) composed by Pritam who also happens to be the composer of this movie.
