Jacob, Mimmi And The Talking Dogs (EFF)

Jacob, an imaginative boy who wants to become an architect like his father, is sent to live with his bossy cousin Mimmi and her ex-pirate father Eagle for week as his own father has to go on a long business trip. After learning that a greedy businessman is planning to transform the local park in Maskachka, the historical Riga suburb that his cousin lives in, into new skyscrapers, Jacob is determined to stop him. Together he and Mimmi work on stopping the development, with the help of a pack of talking dogs.
Jacob menyimpan cita-cita untuk menjadi seorang arkitek yang berjaya seperti bapanya. Ketika bapanya pergi bekerja, dia banyak meluangkan masa dengan berkhayal dan melukis struktur-struktur bangunan. Suatu hari, dia telah dihantar untuk tinggal bersama sepupunya yang suka mengarah, Mimmi, dan pakciknya Eagle, bekas lanun di Maskachka, Riga, selama seminggu memandangkan bapanya perlu ke luar daerah untuk bekerja.
