Even though gifted with a sixth sense, a medical intern named Isabella chooses to ignore it because she wants to live a normal life. One day, after doing autopsy on the body of a mysterious woman, she begins to be haunted by the woman`s ghost. Only her sister, Fransisca Inggrid, understands her situation at first but she then meets Radja and she falls in love with him, as he also understands and supports her. As the disturbances continue, she realises the mystery of the woman`s death is slowly unravelling. Despite putting her life in danger, Isabella decides that she must help the restless ghost find peace by solving the death.

Isabella merupakan pelajar perubatan yang dikurniakan deria keenam tapi dia tidak pedulikannya kerana dia mahu hidup secara normal. Sebagai salah satu tugasan latihan industri, dia perlu melakukan bedah siasat terhadap mayat wanita yang tidak mempunyai identiti. Malangnya, sejak dari itu dia mendapati dirinya diekori roh wanita tersebut, menyebabkan persahabatan dan pembelajarannya terganggu. Pada mulanya hanya kakaknya, Fransisca Inggrid, yang memahami dan sentiasa memberi sokongan kepadanya tetapi dalam usaha untuk melepaskan diri daripada gangguan itu, dia bertemu dengan Radja yang turut memahami situasinya. Dia kemudiannya mendapati misteri kematian wanita itu mula terungkai sedikit demi sedikit. Kini, walaupun nyawanya dalam bahaya, dia mengambil keputusan untuk membantu roh wanita itu.
