25-year-old Sister Ann wants to perform exorcisms, believing that this is her calling. Even though only priests are allowed to perform them, according to the institution`s traditions, a professor who mentors her senses her special gift and allows her to observe actual training sessions. This leads to her meeting one the most disturbed patients in the school. As she prepares to perform an exorcism on the patient, she encounters a demonic force that infests the school. Not only that, she also learns that it has mysterious connections to her past.

Pada usia 25 tahun, Ann percaya melakukan upacara penyingkiran syaitan adalah tugasnya sebagai seorang biarawati. Namun kepercayaannya berbeza dengan tradisi institusinya, yang mana hanya para paderi dibenarkan untuk melakukan upacara tersebut. Keinginan untuk membuktikan kebolehan istimewanya ketika sesi latihan yang dikendalikan oleh seorang profesor akhirnya menemukan Ann dengan pesakit yang terkena gangguan paling teruk. Ketika mahu melakukan upacara penyingkiran syaitan, dia akhirnya berdepan satu kuasa jahat yang merebak ke seluruh institusi tersebut. Malah bukan itu sahaja masalahnya, kerana dia juga mendapati kuasa jahat itu mempunyai kaitan dengan masa lampaunya.
